“Don’t be afraid to try new things, learn a new language, or even move to another country.”

Hello! I’m Anny and I’m responsible for Customer Service and Support. I make sure you have the best experience possible at INNES, and in Vienna overall.

Getting to know new people, cultures, and travelling around are things I’ve always loved, so it’s amazing that at INNES I have the opportunity to meet individuals from all over the world without even leaving Vienna. I enjoy working with the people who come to our institute and helping them find the best possible way for them to learn German. Plus, I get to work with a loving, motivated team – it makes me excited to go to work every day. When I’m working with the team and our clients, it’s really important to me that we trust each other and treat each other with respect. Open communication, adaptability and empathy are essential to me, in work and in my personal life. These traits allow you to interact with different types of people and confidently handle diverse situations.

I take my role as Customer Service and Support seriously, so here’s a secret Vienna tip for you. We all know the famous Wiener Prater, but I recommend you visit the Böhmischer Prater. I spent a lot of time there when I was younger, and it’s not as crowded at the Wiener Prater. It’s the perfect combination of nature and tradition. If you also enjoy reading, like I do, then be sure to go to traditional coffee houses for the perfect atmosphere. I’m often at ‘Café Schopenhauer’ (the breakfast is delicious), ‘Jonas Reindl’ in the 9th district, or ‘Café Eiles’.

I would describe Vienna as ‘ur leiwand’. This is my favourite Viennese phrase, but my friends outside of Vienna don’t like it when I use it because it is so Viennese! It translates to ‘totally awesome’.

My final piece of advice to you would be: don’t be afraid to try new things, learn a new language, or even move to another country. You’ll only benefit from doing it.

Are you ready to learn German in a way that you’ve never experienced before?
